With the Club de Almirantes membership you get the right of use for 15 years of a boat slip at Cap Cana’s Marina.
This membership is subject to the dispositions established in the Rules and Regulations of Cap Cana Club.
The membership it’s not transferable. In case that the beneficiary decides to quit, return or do any other operation with the membership, the Deposit will be refunded according to what is established in the Rules and Regulations of the Cap Cana Club.
Cap Cana assures the availability of a slip that meets the conditions of the boat that it’s registered. The location of the slip can change (if necessary, Cap Cana will use the founders’ slips).
It’s necessary to register the boat to maintain the exclusivity of use of the slip
Cap Cana reserves the right to cancel the contract in case of demonstration that the person that posses the right of use of the slip is sub renting it.
For the people that are not Cap Cana owners they will have access to the Resort facilities, with the possibility of acquiring a Cap Cana membership (Punta Espada or Caleton).
The buyer must cover the maintenance fees only when the boat is at port.
